Had an interesting end to a telephone call just before July 1. It was a 鈥榖usiness鈥� call, so there was some 鈥榖usiness鈥� protocol at play - cordial tone but focused and respectful.

Friends, doing so much Art over the summer gives one plenty of time to mentally wander over your heroes, be they Michelangelo or his superior in marble, Bernini!

On National Indigenous Peoples Day a guy I didn鈥檛 know punched me in the face, then jumped into a waiting truck and took off. Say what? Yup, I was struck in the face by someone senseless enough to sucker punch a senior and then take off. Not cool.
