A canoeist paddles across glassy water in N谩谩ts鈥櫮痟ch鈥檕h National Park Reserve, in front of the park鈥檚 eponymous mountain, on a stamp from one of Canada Post鈥檚 newest collections, released on Jan. 15.
It鈥檚 one of nine stamps in the first wave of 鈥淔rom Far and Wide,鈥� a collection of vistas from destinations across Canada that the agency has deemed 鈥渕ust-see,鈥� according to a press release.
N谩谩ts鈥櫮痟ch鈥檕h National Park Reserve extends north off of Nahanni National Park, near the NWT-Yukon border. The mountain is on the traditional lands of, and is important to, the Sh煤htaot'ine of the Tulita area.
