Air North says it is bringing back its direct flights between Yellowknife and Vancouver as of November.

Flights will depart twice a week until March 27, 2026, according to a news release issued on Aug. 7. Air North added that flights now are available for purchase.

Donna Lee Demarcke, CEO of NWT Tourism, thanked the Whitehorse-based airline for its support.

“NWT Tourism is very excited to welcome back Air North’s seasonal non‑stop service between Vancouver and Yellowknife. The reinstated route highlights Air North’s continued commitment to supporting the Northwest Territories and our businesses,” Demarcke said.
